Sydney, Australia – December 18, 2007 –
CAP-XX Limited (LSE:CPX), a leader in ultra-thin
supercapacitors which boost power delivery in mobile devices, today announced it has appointed Tecate as
its global online sales partner and as a stocking distributor for the Americas. San Diego, Calif.-based Tecate
will stock CAP-XX's full line of General Purpose and High Temperature supercapacitors. Engineers may now
purchase small quantities for prototyping from Tecate's online store at
http://www.tecategroup.com/ultracapacitors/cap-xx.php, via the "Buy Now" function on
CAP-XX's website, or by calling 619-398-9700. Online orders will normally ship the next business day.
Production quantities will also be available to customers located in the Americas through the online store
and field sales team.
Supercapacitors, also called "ultracapacitors," combine the energy-storage capability of batteries with the rapid
charge and discharge times of conventional capacitors. Supercapacitors can offload large instantaneous
power demands from a battery to enable new functionality and extend battery life.

CAP-XX supercapacitors are the smallest and thinnest available today for any given ESR and capacitance.
They pack a high energy density (capacitance up to 1.6F at 2.75V) and high power density (ESRs as low as
18 milliohm), into thin prismatic packages (from 0.9mm thick), suitable for use in slim, portable electronic
devices such as camera phones, PDAs, digital cameras and multimedia players.
